Green Mango Smoothie
Simple, 4-ingredient smoothie with frozen mango, banana and spinach. Healthy and refreshing, perfect as a summer snack!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 medium ripe banana (previously peeled // chopped and frozen)
1/2 - 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 hand fulls of fresh spinach
Recipe
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, adding more almond milk to thin, or more frozen mango or ice to thicken.
Taste and adjust ingredients as needed, adding more lime for acidity, banana for sweetness, or dragon fruit for a more intense dragon fruit flavor.
Serves 2 (as original recipe is written) - garnish with additional chopped mango chunks. Best when fresh, though leftovers keep covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
