Mango Coco Lassi
Easy, 3-ingredient lassi with fresh mango and coconut milk. A sweet breakfast drink.
Ingredients
1 cup of diced fresh mango
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of plain non-fat yogurt
2 table spoons of sugar
dash of cinnamon (optional)
Recipe
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
Serves 2 (as original recipe is written) Best when fresh, though leftovers keep covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
