Tropical Bliss Smoothie
Simple, 4-ingredient smoothie with frozen pineapple and banana. Perfect immune system boost.
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 medium ripe banana (previously peeled // chopped and frozen)
1/2 - 3/4 cup unsweetened plain coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Recipe
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, adding more coconut milk to thin.
Serves 2 (as original recipe is written) - garnish with additional pineapple chunks. Best served fresh, leftovers keep covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
